We were pleased to hear the news from yesterday’s Scottish Government announcement and look forward to welcoming our children in P4-P7 and all of our staff team back into the building on Monday 15th March 2021. We are awaiting the updated guidance from the Scottish Government and Highland Council and will share our updated plans and risk assessments once we have this information. Thank you to all of the children, families and staff supporting us with the ‘5 important steps’ to keep our school building open. As previously mentioned we have a staggered entry from 9am for children in P1-P7. To minimise the cross-bubble contacts it is appreciated that if children are being dropped off for 9am, they wait in the car until the door opens at 9am. This will ensure that there are no queues outside the front entrance prior to the door opening as there is no supervision before 9am. If you are dropping off a child in ELC, as well as a child in P1-P7, you can drop off at the ELC gate from 9am also. Anyone who is only dropping off a child in ELC is welcome to drop-off from 9.15am.
